The Twin Comanche, or lovingly referred to "Twanche", or "Twinkie" at times, is a very capable aircraft used for multi-engine training, time building, and cross country flights. 93Y is IFR certified and has a KLN 90B GPS that is certified for approaches and en-route use, dual NAVs with glideslope, dual coms, and fuel flow indicators.   Enjoy 180 mph cruise speeds with the lowest twin rental rates in the area.  And there are NO HOUR REQUIREMENTS for our checkout.

Rates
-$195/hour wet
-$175/hour wet with purchase of blocks of 20 hours or more*
       *Blocks can be purchased by multiple people. Even lower rates available with blocks of 40 hours or more

Performance
-Cruise speed: 180MPH TAS @ 10,000ft
-Fuel endurance of upwards of 6 hours with full tanks (90 gallons, 120 gallons with full tips)
-Carry four passengers with ease!

Rental check-out
Although there are no specific hour requirements to rent the PA30, a check-out is required to demonstrate proficiency in multi-engine operations and the PA30's general systems/characteristics.  This usually includes ground and flight covering:
-Multi and single engine maneuvers
-Takeoffs and landings
-Single engine approach (required if IFR rated)
-Emergency operations
-Systems, limitations, and performance
-Other areas as necessary
